Romanian and Chinese visas in a German travel document held by an immigrant to Palestine, 1939
This document was signed by Feng-Shan Ho, the Chinese consul in Vienna, who helped Jews to escape from Austria after its annexation by Germany in 1938. Issued on 28 January 1939.
